This program is strictly open to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors. Our program focuses on developing essential skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, and networking. Through personalized mentoring and targeted programming, we help students gain a competitive edge in the job market and prepare them for success in their future careers. Eligibility
Currently an undergraduate student in your freshman, sophomore, or junior year.
Actively seeking a summer internship or related opportunity.
Interested in a career in finance, technology, or consulting.
Enthusiasm to grow your soft and technical skills!

Mentors should be:
1-3 years within their profession
In the consulting, finance, or tech industry
Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to create or identify professional development resources
